CAMPGROUND GUIDELINES

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE:

Check-in 3:00 PM. Check-out 11:00 AM.

All equine must arrive before 7:00 PM (May & September), 8:00 PM (June-August).

No arrivals between 8:00 PM - 11:00 AM.

Reservation must be paid in full at check-in.

Running tab must have credit card on file and be paid during office hours before check-out.

No refund for early departure.

Quiet time is 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM.

VEHICLES (RV, Car, and Motorcycle):

 Drive slowly through camp (5 mph). Watch for pedestrians at all times.

 One RV and one car per site. DO NOT PARK ON GRASS.

 No tents at RV, cabin, or bunkhouse sites.

Site Capacity is 2 guests. Additional guest charge: $2.00 per guest/night.

RV sewer must be secured with elbow/donut in compliance with state regulations.

No washing vehicles or RV in campground.

BROKEN ARROW GOLF CARTS:

Golf Carts are for moving tack, hay and shavings.

Must be 18 years old to drive. Do not allow underage children to drive.

Do not transport children or adults in the golf cart bed.

Golf carts must remain in campground.

Golf Cars must be returned immediately after use.

Speed limit is 5 MPH.

 

SMOKING & FIRES:

Smoking is not permitted in any Broken Arrow building or cabin.

Do not drop cigarette butts on the ground in campground or in Black Hills National Forest. 

Fires may be prohibited during burn ban conditions. Watch for flag at office.

Do not gather downed wood and bring into campground.

Fires permitted in fire rings ONLY.

Do not move fire rings and keep them free from food and garbage.

Completely extinguish all fires completely with water before leaving the cabin or campsite.

 

DOGS:

All dogs must have Current Certificate of Vaccination (RABIES).  

Aggressive dogs or dogs with a history of biting are not permitted at the campground.

A pet fee ($25.00) for  ALL room/cabin rentals.

Dogs must remain on leash, under control, and quiet at all times.

Dogs should be placed in crate when left alone in cabins.

 Dogs are not permitted in bathrooms/shower areas. 

You must clean up after your dog. Violators will be asked to leave.

HORSES & MULES:

Current Negative Coggins required at check in (including the Dakotas).

Out of state equine must have current (within 30 days) Health Certification.

No Stallions.

No riding, leading or grazing through campground.

No tying horses to trailers parked on a site and no unloading at campsites.

Golf carts available to move tack and hay. Return immediately after use.

Stalls must be cleaned daily and must be cleaned thoroughly at departure.

$50.00 fee will be charged at departure for guests who leave stalls uncleaned.

Shavings are strongly encouraged. Water buckets need to be secured.

Dumpsters are for manure only! Put discarded ropes and bags in garbage cans at barn.
