Welcome to our  new campground and horse camp! We hope to provide you with a wonderful vacation with great memories.  Broken Arrow is located 4 miles south of Custer, South Dakota in the peaceful country with fresh air, sparkling night stars, surrounded by the Black Hills National Forest.  There are fantastic views of Harney Peak, Needles Spirals, Buckhorn Mountain and the Limestone Ridge.  Broken Arrow allows you the opportunity to experience South Dakota's countryside on foot or horseback and yet you are only minutes to local area attractions including Mt. RUSHMORE. Don't worry about not being close to attractions, truly the drive is half of the sight seeing thrill !

Horse Camp

  • Covered Corrals

  • Golf Carts and Wheel Barrels  to Move Tack and Hay (*Golf carts to be used by people 18 and over only – South Dakota Law)

  • Ride from Property to National Forest or Trailer to one of the many sites in the black hills
